non-flush door handles 1971

Anyone heard about or seen an early production 1971 that has non-flush mounted outside door handles? Again a long story behind why I'm asking. All input appreciated. Thanks, Chuck

Chuck, mine appear original (meaning they look like they need to be replaced) and they're flush. Mine 12/70 production 71.

Not aware of any. Even looked through some prototype photos with no luck. There is another prototype I am still looking for.







Only thing that comes to mind is that early 71's actually had chrome sport lamps versus the painted argent later in 71.
