Finish sand bare metel with 180-220 paper for prepped surface ready for epoxy primer. Chuck

My engine bay took around a week with a wire wheel

Looks great but 3 hours at the most with a good pressure fed blaster and done. Go on vacation the remainder of the time, lol.
