Update, I have some white to repair, but other than the hood and trunk it’s done. I started the blue, it’s almost done, I just need to flip valances and paint them. Hope to get car out of booth this weekend!

Looks great! When you get around to cut and buff, get some 3M 471+ vinyl tape (I use 1/2") and tape off your edges and high body lines. This will help keep from cutting through your paint. Paint usually flows smooth over those locations, is thinner, and is easy to cut through.

Runs happen, even the professionals get runs. The last car I had painted by a professional had a couple of runs. They just sand them out when they polish the paint.

Yes, I have the full decal and stripe set, as well as the sprint interior seat covers.. it will have deluxe door panels, full console. It has a standard 73 dash…but it’s a 71.

It’s painted. Back on the ground, hood goes on Sunday then I trailer it home for reassembly.
