73 grande major roof problem

1973 mustang grande 351c
You can see in the pics the roof is awful. Haven't pulled vinyl but it's bad, even leaks inside from it. Been looking online with no luck for replacement. I even wonder if the fastback roofs I see available might be partly usable. It might be fixable but I want to know if it's available or what options I have before I go blindly into a body shop... I shoulda did something years ago before it got so bad but I had it in storage for a few years and it spread a lot during it's neglect (long story)... any ideas would be great. Can't imagine what the cost would be to redo it as a patch job...

I bet that motorcity mustang or OMS has a coupe with a good roof. That will be major surgery. Most of the time the coupe roof is better than the Grande as it didn’t have vinyl sealing in moisture for decades. The trim attachment points can be spot welded on quite easily. Save the old roof for use as a template for the trim holes and t pins.
