Mine had the ford part number and rating cast into the housing. Visible from above, beside the upper mount/pivot bolt.

Where yours has the 10, mine has an 8 in that same spot and i guess the same font.

Thanks. I am planning on restoring this back to original Mach1 Argent Blue with one exception.

Looks very true to original. For me, the wire harness tab (encircled by the red wire in the video) on the left valve cover suggests the seller was telling you the truth. Those tabs were often left off when the covers were removed for service. It would lead me to dig deeper. The suggestion above about the nylon timing gear is spot on.

Thanks. From what I've read, 89k or not, I should be replacing the nylon timing gear and water pump right away.
