drivers side remote mirror adjuster

i finally got a chance to install the remote knob for the mirror. found out that little chrome handle is missing. can i get a replacement and how does it affix to adjuster thingie.

since u provide me with the right wording i went to Mac's and they carry it. when removing the mirrors they were attached with a screw plate underneath.. wrong... so i ordered 2 gaskets, 4 rubber grommets with threads inside to mount, and that chrome knob. ordered first 2 and then looked for the knob and ordered that separately. $10 shipping.. boy olde boy i forgot how pricey there shipping cost are... lesson learned again.

drilled out the broken knob and of course i had a very hard time keeping it from moving.. i will need to retap the threads so does anyone know the thread size?????
