Trunk Divider

I have always thought that there should be something between the trunk of my 73 coupe and the back seat. Currently, there is not. I was toying of the idea of carpeting the trunk and adding a subwoofer when I found this kit with "backing boards". It looks like there is a piece that would fit in that space. Anyone know what the original configuration was? Thanks as always.

I don't know if you have or are planning on driving in the rain, but the way water drains in the rear if will get the trunk drop offs wet. That said beware if you drive in the rain or wash your car to check the drop offs for water and let the carpet dry accordingly.
