Fan switch resistor unit

Good Morning!

I have been looking for some time for the resistor pack that gives the blower motor the correct voltage for the various speed settings. I am watching one on eBay right now, but it looks pretty crusty, like if I installed it that it may burn out just like the one I have. I have had no success in finding a repop. Ideas anyone?
