Makes me wonder who's more PO'ed, the Gal pouring the oil , or the guy who owns the car.

Sadly, that's what seems like half my customers do. Then they come to my store and ask what causes engine to smoke. Pop open the hood and there's a quart of oil all over the valve cover dripping off onto heat shiel for exhaust manifold.
