Body shop owner says he will take in progress pics. I'll be stopping by too, I'm sure.

The body man wanted my front sheet metal to mockup and see when he got everything straight, so I dropped off the fenders, hood, valance, and bumper last night. Loading the hood by myself was tough!

They thought it would be up on the rack today.

I was hesitant to post this but I just had to & it's meant to help you so don't take it the wrong way..I'm not liking what I'm NOT seeing..The 4 set up clamps are laying right there on the floor..How come the car isn't set up on them ? & Wheres the universal measuring system ? I'm not going to tell someone how to do their job but Hanging the new frt structure on jack stands with the weight of the nose hanging off them..I know, I know thier answer don't worry we have been doing this for ever..That wouldn't fly in my shop..car should be on the clamps & the measuring should be set up..No excuse especially since the clamps are laying right there ! You better hope to high hell his tape measure is accurate when he goes to install the strut rod crossmember..Length wise, height wise, square

They haven't pulled on the car yet.. He said they were doing mockup, and were going to pull it with the rails cut.. I appreciate you sharing your concern. I'll be back tomorrow and will make sure they weld it when it's clamped up.

Cool..Just looking out for ya ! Making sure you get the best possible outcome

Yep. They are gonna clamp it, pull it, screw everything together, measure, and hang the front sheet metal and bumper for mockup. Pull the sheet metal, and weld it in the clamps. Then final fit the sheet metal.

Body shop said it can come home this weekend.
