1) were can one buy OR rebuild a power steering gear box ?

2) Whats the best way to remove a gear box ?

Napa and O'reilly's offer a program to send it your box to be rebuilt and returned. Cost is about $200 and takes about 3-4 weeks. Chuck

Adco power steering in Houston Texas rebuilt my box and detailed it like original for around $160. 1 day turnaround time. It looks and works better than new and I still have my original box on my car, just like new.

Hi Curtis, I'll let you know. It's a popular mod with the GM a body guys. From my research a 3 bolt saginaw box is a 3 bolt saginaw box regardless of what it came from. My understanding is the lines are metric and will need a Weatherhead adapter and the rag joint is different. I plan to do the swap this winter, i just need to pick up the Grand Cherokee box.
