Nice, I love the white comfort weave interior. Wish they would make the right material mine needs some attention.

73 with a 5.0 HO and a Tremec TKO 5 speed. Originally a 302-2V C4 auto.

Explorer intake, E303 cam, 75MM throttle body and 24lb injectors,  powder coated exhaust. (What emissions equipment?)

Vintage Air system. Cloth German weave top.

4 wheel slotted and cross drilled brakes. 2.5" suspension drop

Fox body seats. Yes, that is a parking brake in the console

1973

Was originally blue with a blue interior. White roof.  Had 302 according to the codes.

Last American Owner had it repainted Black. Had a 351 windsor transplanted into it some time in its life. He wanted to stick a 460 stroked to a 545 in it with kaase P51 heads. Was offering it for sale with either the 351 or the 460 block bored out and had stroker kit, not assembled. no heads or fruit so I opted for the 351 as compliance would be difficult in NZ.

351 now rebuilt 30 thou over. 400Hp. Edelbrock E street heads, performer cam intake and 600cfm carby.

73  Convertible, Copper met. Black Int. 302 Jasper stage 2 eng.,AOD Trans., P/S, P/B, A/C, P/Top.

Hi there Sir!

Lovely '73 Vert you have there! One thing though - your paint colour appears to be  somewhat different from the factory Blue Glow colour. See  examples below of a typical Blue Glow finish........................................

Cheers,

Thanks!  And yes, you are correct.  The previous owner repainted the car.  It's coded for Blue Glow and if I'd have to guess, I'd say the blue I currently have may have been a blue used on T-Birds at some time in the past.  The prev. owner enjoyed restoring T-Birds.

Well sorted 1973, rust free and improved stock...couldn’t resist swapping out ‘73 grille to the 1971/1972 mach one which actually installed perfectly with no fitment issues, along with 1971 hood release and correct NOS headlight grille rings and adjustment to center grille support and the 1971 grille lights now support running and turn signal function in same assemblies and surprisingly bottom of new grille sits perfectly on the top of the eurothane ‘73 bumper...(like the”Wheeler Dealer” episode). Of course original parts kept for that next owner.36A66ED4-0B7E-45D8-9DCA-C66FDE54DF75.jpegEC03BAD8-32DD-487F-9CE0-88B3EDCCB68C.jpeg5A2C62B0-1417-4A6E-805F-DB5646C3C087.jpegC9FC36A3-F028-493D-BD2C-74A160C7B071.jpeg83EDE605-5122-433B-A9B1-66C181329544.jpeg8DCB77ED-7306-40BF-AC8C-125F5FC0E01B.jpegD7FBE36B-C7EB-41FF-BBB0-D1FF2DBC7501.jpeg
