Painter sent me some pics of the car but the size was really small so not sure how well they will post but I will try anyway. These are the shots he did before the priming and also color shots. I plan to go over on the 23rd and take better pics. He was taking out any waves in the body panels so that they will be pretty straight.

Awesome..When you get her back home...I'll have to roll in and check it out...Hope she is done on time or even a little early for ya.

I am planning to go over today to take a look at the progress. My last e-mail was that they were going to shoot the color last Friday and the car would be ready the first week of Dec. I'll let you know when I plan to pick it up. Hope that you can help me get it off the trailer and into the garage again. My plans are to get the fuel and motor ready for the first startup that week.

Great progress. I have been awaiting the return of the freshly painted car. I really like these cars in white. Eagerly awaiting the reveal with the fresh color.

Just returned from the painter and they were behind schedule and getting ready to shoot it today. Probably has color on it now but I must say it was looking good inside the booth. The painter said he would e-mail me a pic or two to show the final results later on today. Attaching underside of hood and front and rear valence shots. We are looking at around next Friday on bringing it home. I'll add the additional pics later today.

I am repainting in Wimbleton White (9A) as I like the white/black color combination. The only change that I made was to paint the hood with the black stencil since I added the hood locks. The black on the hood will be high gloss as I didn't want to deal with the hood when you have the reduced gloss (sorry the correct terminology escapes me at this time). The interior will be White/black too. These are the wheels that I am installing. I decided to not use the slotted mags that came with the car.

Got the pics of the car with the basecoat color on it. On Monday they plan to do the hood and all the misc small pieces and then start to reassemble everything and put on the striping decals. Getting anxious to pick this up and get it on the road.

Nice... I like white. I'm thinking of painting mine white with a medium gray metallic.
